Nibesh Baral : An Innovative Social Entrepreneur

Highly passionate about music and photography, Nibesh Baral is a Co-founder of Dare To Revolution (DTR) Foundation. DTR Foundation is a group of self-driven teens who are working on empowering the youths of the nation by helping them to build a network and work together to bring a revolutionary change. He passed his SEE from Sainik Awasiya Mahavidyalaya, Pokhara and is currently pursuing his A-Levels from Novel Academy.

He also has his own music band named ‘The Gurkhas’ and his very own Music Studio named ‘ Nibesh Nick Studio’ that has been providing platform for anyone interested in music.

Starting of his journey

Recalling the starting point of his journey, Nibesh said,” When I was in grade 8, I did my first photography using the camera of my school. Slowly, my interest grew towards videography and music.

Saugat Tiwari : An Inspiring Teen Entrepreneur

Saugat Tiwari, 19, is a young and aspiring entrepreneur of Chitwan district. He is a an engineering student of United Technical College, Chitwan and CEO of Timro Group. He is also a motivational speaker of Smart Startup Group for entrepreneurship. ‘Timro Kawadiwaala’ and ‘Timro Express’ are the two initiatives of his company. ‘Timro Kawadiwaala’ is associated with waste management whilst ‘Timro Express’ is a E-Commerce delivery service.

Saugat’s entrepreneurial journey started when he bought a fidget spinner in Kathmandu. The fidget spinner that he booked through one of the online portals came into his hand within 40 minutes of booking. Inspired from this amazing event, he dreamt of spreading E-commerce market in Chitwan as well.  By the time he was only 18, he decided to establish a company called ‘Timro Group’. And now his start up ‘Timro Express’ is working actively in Chitwan, Pokhara, Hetauda, Dharan and Itahari providing employment opportunities to 10 energetic youths. His initiative ‘Timro Express’ is now working with the top stores of Nepal like Hifashion, Bivuti, newmew, Pasalshop and many more.

Palisha Shakya: Dancing for a Cause

15 years old Palisha Shakya is actively involved in creating awareness among the people regarding drug addiction and child right through Flashmob and dramas. She is studying in grade 9 of Omega Higher Secondary School, Lalitpur. She is actively working as a member of National Youth Federation Nepal and Voice of Children. She loves to get involved in a various range of activities that are organized in her community and nearby. Moreover, she is passionate about dancing.

Starting her journey

She said that her mother is the greatest inspiration for her. Seeing her mother work in ‘Thaina Misa Pucha’, a female club of Newari community, she aimed to work for the society she is living in.
