Breath is my Valentine
she knows my emotions
she flows with it
and knows the secret
to rule over it
Breath is my Valentine
she is with me all the time
also when I don’t even care
she is inside outside
our relationship eternal
and oh so natural

My blog is www.bhawesh.com.Regarding this poem, this is an experience of breathing techniques and meditation that helps to reside in the self. If we are in harmony with ourself, we will be in harmony and comfort with the world. Breath is the medium that begins that inner journey, and is why I have considered it to be my valentine. Also, it was with me and will be with me forever.
